At Rankawat Mobile Gallary, we believe in fairness, transparency, and complete customer satisfaction while protecting the interests of our store and brand partners. Please read our return policy carefully before making any purchase.


πŸ“¦ 1. General Returns

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 1 day from the date of purchase.

Condition of the Product:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.

  • The handset must not be activated or tampered with in any way.

  • All box contents, including accessories, must remain intact.

Point of Return:

All returns must be made directly at Rankawat Mobile Gallary, the same store from where the product was purchased.

Documentation Required:

  • A valid purchase invoice/bill is mandatory.

  • Return approval is subject to physical inspection and mutual agreement between the buyer and the store.

Important Note:

Products that are opened, activated, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange unless they fall under the DOA (Dead on Arrival) category defined by the brand.


⚠️ 2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

Brand Policy Compliance:

All DOA cases are processed strictly according to each brand’s official DOA policy.

DOA Certification Process:

  1. Visit the brand-authorized service center.

  2. Obtain a DOA certificate clearly stating the issue and confirming that the device was defective upon unboxing.

Replacement / Upgrade:

  • After submitting a valid DOA certificate, the brand will provide a replacement or upgrade as per their guidelines.

  • Rankawat Mobile Gallary is not liable for replacement unless the brand officially confirms DOA status.


πŸ“ 3. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Requests without valid documents or proper verification cannot be processed.

  • Accessories, software, or bundled items, once unsealed, are non-returnable.

  • Devices with physical damage, liquid damage, screen cracks, unauthorized repairs, or tampering will be automatically rejected.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 30 days after confirmation from the seller and/or brand.

  • Approved replacement/exchange units will be provided within 7–15 days, depending on stock availability and brand approval.
